Overview

The Parkway Condo Association installed Level-2 EV chargers to make electric-vehicle adoption more accessible for residents. Because most EV drivers prefer to charge at home, these on-site stations are essential for Parkway residents considering EV ownership.


Beyond serving its residents, the project also helps close a gap in public charging infrastructure for Niagara Falls tourists. The chargers often serve visitors to the Maid of the Mist, Niagara Falls Observation Tower, and Seneca Niagara Casino. By offering paid charging for visitors, the community generates additional revenue while reinforcing local sustainability efforts.

The Parkway Condominium has long been a premier residence in our community, providing many first-of-its-kind amenities in our area. It is consistent with that history that this installation at the Parkway continues the forward thinking that has put the Parkway in a league of its own.
