XLynk™ includes lifetime parts protection with an active Lynkwell Lifetime™ subscription, which includes comprehensive ViaLynk™ software access at no additional cost. After eight consecutive years of coverage, owners qualify for complimentary replacement hardware through the Lynkwell Upgrade™ program if no prior replacements were made. Coverage applies to the charger unit only.
XLynk™ is manufactured at Lynkwell’s New York facility using domestic and select global components. Its assembly meets Build America, Buy America (BABA) requirements, making it eligible for federally funded infrastructure programs and state-level incentives.
XLynk™ is connected to the ViaLynk™ software platform, which provides continuous monitoring. Most issues can be addressed through remote diagnostics. If onsite support is needed, EVSE-360™ covers parts, labor, and field service.
Lynkwell offers 24/7 U.S.-based support for both operators and drivers. Technical teams can troubleshoot immediately through remote diagnostics and dispatch field service when required. Operators have access to real-time performance data through the ViaLynk™ Site Host Manager portal, including station status, session history, energy usage, revenue tracking, and detailed reports.
