Overview
HOPS Playground chose to install EV charging to strengthen Halifax’s commitment to family- friendly public spaces. Adding charging supports longer visits to the playground, library, and athletic facilities while enhancing municipal amenities, increasing site utilization, and demonstrating thoughtful investment in infrastructure that serves youth, families, and the broader community.
A big thank-you to Lynkwell for their partnership and expertise, which helped the Town save nearly $300,000 available rebates and incentives. This partnership with Lynkwell developed into a simple, smart upgrade that has truly benefitted our community and our taxpayers!
