Drivers using Apple iOS can now add their card details effortlessly with the “Scan card” feature in the ViaLynk mobile app.

- Onboarding through the mobile app is now faster, seamless, and more user-friendly.
- Security updates ensure safer storage and transmission of card details.
Who it impacts
- Drivers on the go – Drivers can quickly update payment method (and start charging) without the hassle or risk of mistyping card details.
- Drivers new to the app – Those who had a positive guest charging experience can now sign up and start charging with ease.
How it works
- During sign-up, you can add your payment method by tapping “Scan card” on the “Add card” form. You can also add or update your card anytime by going to the Me tab > Payment Info & History and tapping “Update Payment Method”.
- After the camera opens, scan your card to record card details.
A subtle vibration lets you know when your card has been scanned successfully. 🫨
