• Weekly Scheduling: Define a specific charging window by day. 

    ◦ Set certain days as “Unavailable” (such as for maintenance or private events). 

    ◦ Establish intervals with custom Start and End times. 

    ◦ Designate days as available “All-day” for hassle-free management. 

All scheduling is aligned with your location’s local time zone to ensure driver clarity and reduce confusion. 

Real-Time Visibility for Drivers 

Changes made to Open Hours are near instant and reflected in the Lynkwell’s ViaLynk™ mobile app. Drivers can simply refresh their screens to see updated availability, ensuring clear communication and reliable service. 

• During off-hours, all “Start” buttons for charging stations are hidden to prevent confusion. 

Reliability and Automatic Command Execution 

Ensuring seamless transitions, Lynkwell automatically sends station availability commands: 

• Stations must be online to accept availability updates. 

• If a station is offline during a schedule change, the command is automatically executed once the station reconnects. 

• Active charging sessions remain uninterrupted by Open Hours changes.
