Lynkwell at EVCS 2025: Key Takeaways and Industry Insights

Subscribe to our newsletter:

The EV Charging Summit & Expo (EVCS) 2025 in Las Vegas was a powerful gathering of industry leaders, innovators, and decision-makers. As Lynkwell returned for our third consecutive year, we had the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions, showcase our latest solutions and gain a real-time pulse on the industry’s most transformative opportunities. Here’s a recap of what we learned and how we’re continuing to drive EV infrastructure forward.

Q&A with the Lynkwell Team

What were the biggest industry challenges discussed at EVCS 2025?

Schuyler Poukish

Schuyler Poukish, CEO: One of the most consistent themes we heard throughout the event was the urgent need for resilient, long-term solutions in EV charging infrastructure. Many early entrants in the industry are no longer around, and newer companies continue to face challenges in deployment, reliability, and user experience. The consensus? Short-term fixes won’t cut it. The industry needs leadership, accountability, and proven solutions that ensure uptime, seamless integration, and future-proof adaptability.

We also had many conversations about the ongoing fragmentation in the industry. Different stakeholders—utilities, site hosts, fleet operators, and property developers—often face conflicting priorities. Lynkwell is addressing this through X‑Change, our comprehensive energy management platform that simplifies deployment and ensures every stakeholder can operate efficiently within the ecosystem.

Which solutions resonated most with attendees?

Andy Brown, VP of Product Management: Two key innovations stood out in our conversations:

  • QuickLynk™ – Our streamlined installer and site host experience drew strong interest from attendees. QuickLynk eliminates delays, automates charger connectivity, and accelerates deployment timelines—empowering installers to complete projects in record time. By simplifying installation and enabling near-instant activation, QuickLynk is helping expand EV charging networks more efficiently than ever before.
  • XLynk™ Level 2 Charger – EVCS attendees were especially impressed by XLynk’s all-in-one solution. Many were surprised to discover that, when paired with QuickLynk, XLynk can be fully installed and connected in just minutes—not hours. And when combined with Lynkwell’s in-house software platform, ViaLynk, this powerful duo unlocks industry-first benefits like a lifetime parts warranty—setting a new standard in performance, reliability, and support.

Additionally, our Lynkwell X‑Change™ suite, which integrates our proprietary solutions with curated partners, sparked meaningful discussions. By creating a single-source ecosystem, we’re offering customers an adaptable and scalable approach to energy management.

How did Lynkwell’s presence at EVCS strengthen industry connections?

Will DeRuve

Will DeRuve, VP of North American Sales: EVCS is more than just an event—it’s the preeminent forum for forward-thinking EV charging industry professionals. Our booth was a center of dynamic discussions, hands-on demonstrations, and strategic networking.

We engaged with site hosts, utilities, installers, and developers seeking real solutions to deployment challenges. By showcasing QuickLynk and XLynk, we demonstrated how our technology streamlines installations and maximizes uptime. Just as important, these conversations gave us firsthand insights into the industry’s most pressing technology gaps—gaps we are actively working to close.

Beyond our booth, Lynkwell’s participation in panel discussions reinforced our expertise across key industry areas, including manufacturing, construction, operations, and software integration. Attendees were especially interested in how we’ve applied ISO 15118 standards in real-world applications, reinforcing Lynkwell’s leadership in advancing industry protocols.

At Lynkwell, we don’t build based on assumptions—we build based on the real-world challenges that aren’t being solved today. Solutions like QuickLynk, XLynk’s EZ-Swap faceplate, and our industry-leading warranty programs exist because we listen, adapt, and continuously push the industry forward.

What’s next for Lynkwell after EVCS 2025?

Jason Zarillo

Jason Zarillo, Company President: The conversations we had at EVCS affirmed that the industry is at a turning point—one that demands efficiency, reliability, and long-term vision.

Lynkwell will continue to:

  • Expand deployments utilizing QuickLynk™ to streamline charging station rollouts nationwide.
  • Enhance the XLynk™ product line with future-ready technology and expanded warranty options.
  • Grow Lynkwell X‑Change™ partnerships, offering site hosts and operators more flexibility in building their energy ecosystems.

As we move forward, our focus remains on delivering solutions that don’t just meet today’s needs, but set new standards for reliability, efficiency, and scalability in EV charging.

Looking Ahead

EVCS 2025 was a clear reflection of an industry on the rise—and Lynkwell is proud to be leading the charge.
